Hand raised What is a kettlebell?

A kettlebell is a round iron ball with a fat, curved handle weighing anything from 8kg to 44kg. The conditioning tool of choice for special forces, athletes, martial artists and odinary men and women across the world.

It is designed to build a lean, muscular physique with strength, endurance and mental toughness to match (think Enter the Dragon, not Conan the Barbarian) and creating bodies capable of handling whatever life throws at them.

Don’t confuse Kettlebells with conventional weight training or body building.
